Refund and Returns Policy for PuffyNapo

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for processing the return.

2. Non-returnable Items

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. 5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@puffynapo.com. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a full refund or replacement.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
